Customer Portal
auBill enables its clients to provide online account access to all their retail customers. Every customer account in auBill can be assigned a username and password and can access their account online via the auBill customer portal. In our customer portal, clients can view their invoices, pay their bills and view charges or call records within a selected date range.

Reporting
auBill already has a very extensive list of reports you can download for accounting purposes, service records, customer records and more. We pride ourselves on tailoring existing or creating new reports for each user. We understand that all companies run their business differently and require all kinds of data for day-to-day management or end of month settling.

Types of Reports available in auBill
There are over 15 different specific Management reports that will provide you with detailed CSV files. These reports will show margin by tariffs, margin by group, new services added, margin by services, etc.
auBill reports can detail a running history of invoices created and the percentage gain or loss of a particular product and tariff over a six month period.

Statement reports will show you basic monthly figures of retail tolling, invoices sent, and reminders sent etc.

Financial reporting has over ten different reports for account keeping. From outstanding accounts, overpaid accounts, direct debits processed, and payments processed within a selected time frame.

Client reports will allow you to retrieve repots based on customer details from account numbers, names, services and email addresses etc.

Agent reports will download detailed or basic CSV reports of the commissions to be paid to your agents.
